To adhere to new guidance from the Department of Education our learning day will be 8:45am-3:15pm (total for a typical week is 32.5 hours)

The Start and End of the Day

Our doors open at 8:35 and close at 8:45. We ask that adults bring their child/children onto the playground via the gates to the year group doors.

The school day finishes at 3:15. Please collect your child from the allocated playground for their year group. 

Lesson Times

Lessons - 8:45-12:00 and 1.00-3.15, 

Break time - 10.30-10.45, 

Lunch time - 12:00-1.00

Break Time

Children play on 3 designated playgrounds and on the field, weather permitting. They are supervised by their teachers, teaching assistants and midday supervisors. 

Children are encouraged to bring a piece of fruit to eat at break. In Reception / Key Stage 1 - this is provided freely for them as part of the National Fruit Scheme. Children have access to water at all times.

Before and After School Care

This is provided by Koala Club and is operated on the school site. Koala Club is an OFSTED registered provider of childcare and operates successfully to provide quality care both in term time and during the school holidays.  For further information please ring  07483330462.
